New experience

Joined facebook a week ago and found a number of friends from a long time ago. Lots of fun, and a real eye opener. I hit the 40 lb mark in loses today and it feels great, but it is very slow.
Saw Michael Jackson movie tonight and what a waste of talent and life. He should be rolled up in a wheelchair 20 years from now receiving a life time achievement award, and instead he is decaying in a box!!! So so sad.
Drink coffee to subside hunger. Tastes bad, but hot and refreshing going down and makes the hunger go away.
