OVERWEIGHT [NO FAT] just a polite way to say it!!

I am doing great on my diet. I am hungry many times a day, but I find ways to deal with it.I am going to help all you “overweight” people out there, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO DO IT THIS TIME.

I will help you with what you can and should eat. You must make a menu and keep track of everything you eat. This is a must. You can keep track of this on your computer, if you don’t want to right it down.

You must do some exercise. Many of you can’t walk well because of your weight. Your knees hurt or some other problem. You can work out in your chair to burn calories and to keep your metabolism going. It is actually hard work. As you lose weight, you will be able, in most cases, to start working out in a natural way.

I will touch on all of this in a much greater detail tonight. Until then, watch what you eat. Make it make sense.
