Day 10 of the new diet

I have found if you make a plan and enter it in the computer, it is much easier to keep track of your calories and problems with your diet.
I will be showing everyone how to make your diet your job and not just something you have to do.
calories calories calories, thats all that counts and we will follow that to a tee. Exercise and attitude will be just as important.
My camera will be ready tomorrow so I can show all what I am doing and we will have the new weigh in. See Ya later thanks CFP
